Grand Ballroom 1+2+3

This is a rather new hotel and the room is big and comfortable. However even though I was in a Club room (Hyatt promotion in this period) the Club was not yet operating and I cannot even print an e-ticket and they told me to go to the Business Center where I will be obviously charge for that. I’ve found this to be not so right, so if you do not have Club facilities, then they should not offer the promotion for the property in Jinan in the first place. The coffee shop set-up was also weird. During breakfast you cannot get the fruit on your own as it is behind a glass, so you need to ask the server to put in the plate for you. This was annoying at most and overall I’ve found that food selection was not that good. Their buffet at dinner, was not cheap and the selection also not as impressive as you can get in Shangri-La or Intercontinental Hotels (no cheese at all in offer?), so not a good choice to have considering that you have a very good shopping mall next door, Wanda Plaza with many restaurants in their 3rd and 4th floor, so better go there to have a much cheaper meal and many options to choose. And you also have a Lotus hypermarket in the basement too !

I was invited for a product launch and the organizer arranged me to stay in this hotel. Last time I stayed in Jinan was in 2004 and at that time I stayed in Crowne Plaza and would have done the same again if I had to arrange it myself. Luckily I didn't! Directly when entering the hotel I was impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby and efficiency of the staff. I really like their check-in counter, where laptops are being used and people are at the same level instead of always looking down on the computer below them. The room was clean and spacious and the shower wonderful, one of the key things for me when staying in a hotel. Only issue I had in the room was the noise from the corridor, Housekeeping wasn't always that quiet with talking loudly on their telephones. The atmosphere of the bar/lounge looked very nice, only no guests except for us at the beginning. Prices are a bit steep though, even more expensive than in Beijing. But have to say that the cocktails very very generous in terms of alcohol. Also the temperature was a bit cold but luckily the warm service of Betty compensated that. Next time when staying in Jinan I will definitely choose Hyatt Regency again, simply because it is clean, new and friendly.

Stayed for 3 Nights. Great location. New Building, Hotel opened in September 2011. Standard Room in the 19th floor. Spacious Room, extraordinary Bed, nice Bathroom. Its a bit like a small Maze with all the turns and corners and doors but I mean this in a positive way. Ipod-docking Station next to the Bed and free Wifi in the entire Hotel which is a nice touch. Check-In and -Out was fast and without issues. Once my Card didn´t work so I changed it. Didn´t work again so I was a bit upset and went back to the Front-Desk where Kent the FO Manager took care of the Situation. He checked, fixed and came with me upstairs to make sure it will work. Came again 10 min later with an "emergency Room-Card" and a Bottle of red as a apology. Very nice touch. Hotel is not cheap but the Hyatt-guys know how to take care of the Guests. Breakfast Buffet is of outstanding Quality. Thanks hereby to the Pastry Chef Wendy and the Executive Chef Derek who are doing an excellent Job. I stayed in many Hyatts and if they would be all like that, it would be a blessing. Seriously hard to believe they just opened. Everything is working excellent: Front Desk - Rooms - Food! When I´m back in Jinan I will definetely stay here again!

万达广场边上，位置很好。服务也很好。停车不太方便，得从小道绕到后面地下停车场，幸好一路有服务生指示。 游泳池很好，水清，水下有灯，看得很清楚。人也不多。健身房基本没人。 自助餐也不错。

位置非常好，紧挨着万达广场，商务游玩都很方便。价格方面，这应该是凯悦旗下最便宜的一家酒店了，提前预订只需560人民币，性价比超高。房间走中式风格，貌似是45平米起，宽敞不局促。洗手间布局按洗浴间、卫生间、水台三区独立区隔设置，使用起来互不干扰，很方便。从入住到离店整个流程下来，碰到的酒店员工态度都恳切真诚，走到哪里都有员工主动问好，训练有素，很为品牌加分。 唯一不足的是房间超级超级热，中央空调可控性差，而且只吹暖风。入住期间室内白天保持25度不变，迫使我们三月天就穿上短袖，每天叫筒冰块进行自我调节。建议房间增添加湿器缓解干燥，并适当调整中央空调设置，降低室温。 此外，含早房价第三方报价要低于官网，且不能使用BRG（最低价格保证），想在酒店吃早餐的童鞋要注意。

这家酒店给个人留下深印象的是酒店里提供自动取款机|！这一点还是很方便！感觉很不错！住过很多酒店，提供这项服务的很少。一般都是选在地理位置好的酒店，然后自己附近的银行办理。酒店房间里面提供的设施也很多，从用的，喝的，床的，都很齐全！

The hotel provides 6-star service! Wonderful experience. The rates are very affordable, much cheaper than in Europe. The room was very spacious and stylishly decorated.

Stayed only for one night as part of a busienss trip. Very agreeable hotel that delivers everything you would expect from the Hyatt Regency stable for a location that while unlikely, is still a city that is home to 6 million people. The hotel is well located within the city and houses a number of decent dining and drinking venues. In fact, there is reasonably secluded al fresco seating area at the back of the hotel that is attached the the bar and cafe - perfect for enjoying an evening aperitif when the weather is nice. Rooms are up to the standard you would expect from Hyatt, and mine was impeccable in terms of cleanliness and preparation. The bed was comfortable and the working area was ample, well lit (if required) and comfortable. Would definitely recommend should your travels take you to Jinan for work or pleasure.
